Which courier services do you use?
We mainly use DHL, FedEx, or local express services depending on your country.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Some couriers do not deliver to PO boxes, so we recommend using a physical address.
How do you package the Thangkas?
Thangkas are rolled securely and packed in protective tubes or boxes to avoid damage.
What happens if my Thangka arrives damaged?
Contact us within 12 hours with photos, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
What if my Thangka gets lost in transit?
We will assist you in tracking and, if needed, provide a refund or reshipment.
Do you ship during holidays or weekends?
Orders ship Monday to Friday. Holiday shipping may experience slight delays.
How do I check my order status?
You can log into your account or use the tracking number we provide via email.
Do you offer express or expedited shipping?
Yes, at an extra cost. Choose expedited at checkout if available in your region.
Can I schedule delivery on a specific date?
We can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, but you can mention a preference at checkout.
What countries do you NOT ship to?
We currently do not ship to countries under trade restrictions or high-risk zones.
